Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.

  • Document end user support, network security, and server maintenance procedures for the maintenance of stable network operations and secure network environments.
  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot issues related to back up and restore systems, services, and associated hardware and software.
  • Design and implement security systems and redundant backups to maintain data safety.
  • Write custom scripts to reduce the need for human intervention.
  • Conduct user management services
  • Implement best practices
  • Perform System Administration tasks such as handle physical disk management and system configurations.
  • Perform Azure Management related activities and provide support services as needed

Preferred Certifications:


  • MCSE : Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert.
  • CompTIA Server
  • CompTIA Linux+
