We are Hiring ERP Manager

  • Day to day operations of the Oracle ERP solution.
  • The availability of the service as per the client SLA.
  • Management of All ERP environments (development, UAT and production)
  • Responsible about any new Release and deployment management as per the change management process.
  • Responsible and influence in technical design of the ERP system, database replication setup and integrations.
  • Adopting the ITIL during the ERP solution operations including event, Incident, Problem, Change and release management processes.
  • Responsible for operational management of the technical and functional support team in all the locations in Doha.
  • Leading continual operational improvement of the ERP solution in close dialogue with business Team
  • Ensuring system performance according to business needs and IT standards
  • Responsible about the day to day end users support.
  • Managing the 3rd party vendors and ensure their response within the agreed SLA.
  • Guide team members from concept to troubleshoot complex incidents and problems.
  • Conduct technical design on integrations, data conversions, and workflow.

Qualifications:

  • A 'can do' attitude, high energy, and creativity are required along with organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, written, and visual communication skills, with ability to present findings concisely and effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with project management about objectives and requirements.

Job Types:

Experience:


  • ORACLE ERP MANAGEMENT: 8 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Qatar ID (preferred)
