Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement retail strategies and procedures in discussion with the Head of Adidas and functional heads.
  • Research the market to understand key trends and customer preferences to determine local market needs and buying habits to drive overall product assortment for Adidas.
  • Ensure correct retail pricing structure to secure the budgeted profit margins whilst also having a clear pricing strategy to be competitive with competitors.
  • Continuously monitor stock levels to ensure inventory targets are in line with the financial plan and take appropriate actions to liquidate slow moving stock.
  • Partner closely with marketing in providing or developing marketing material to support brand launches.
  • Liaise with the store planning and Visual Merchandizing teams to effectively implement brand specific planograms to and effectively display products on the retail shop floor.
  • Lead the development of healthy relationships with suppliers to ensure the right selection, availability, and acquisition of products in a timely and costeffective manner.
  • Lead negotiation of prices, delivery, and payment terms with suppliers.
  • Work closely with the buyers to expand successful product lines and implement successful exit strategies for commercially unsuccessful and unpopular merchandize
  • Develop instore strategies that help Adidas gain space and support sellthrough.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data and make any necessary adjustments to drive commercial success.
  • Place seasonal buying budgets after receiving all recommendations and analysis from team.
  • Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and stock analysis.
  • Communicate and perform all price change request, mark downs / ups as requested by the Operations Manager.
  • Followup and coordinate on product arrivals and distribution.

Salary:
QAR30,000.00 per month
