Analyse the Variation request and submit the Variation orders with proper substantiation document as per the consultant requirement.

  • Preparation of take of quantity from construction drawings
  • Preparation of Cost Estimation for MEP Works (Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical) and Pricing, Rate Buildup of Materials, Labour, Plants and other misc.
  • Attend the Technical Meeting with contractor to understand the VO.
  • Attend the Meeting with consultant if required to finalize the VO
  • Conversant with contractual conditions variation administration, and advice on any contractual matters.
  • Prepare the Monthly Interim Payment Application and Submit to the client with substantiation document.
  • Prepare the Subcontract Payment Evaluation.
Skills Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • 10 years' experience in Quantity Surveying with MEP Background is Must.
  • Good Knowledge in AutoCAD
  • Good time management skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines.
