Handling day to day department's workflow

  • Project coordination and coordinating with the clients
  • Procurement and logistics coordination
  • Handle secretarial tasks as and when required
  • Handle general office administrative tasks
  • Involve in recruitment process, employee leave management, general documentation tasks etc.
  • Handle day to day filing & documentation tasks.
Skills required

  • Minimum 3 years' office administration experience
  • Bachelors degree in Administration of equivalent qualification
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Work location will be in Industrial area.

Salary:
QAR4, QAR5,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
