Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to understand procurement requirements for Oil & Gas projects in Central Asia.
Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, price, and terms for equipment, materials, and services.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and project specifications throughout the procurement process.
Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluations, contract negotiations, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Coordinate logistics, shipping, and customs clearance for international shipments to Central Asia.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation.
Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation for auditing purposes.
Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies related to Oil & Gas procurement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required; proficiency in Russian is a plus.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in procurement roles within the Oil & Gas industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing procurement processes for international projects, preferably in Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, etc.).
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure advantageous terms and pricing.
Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and logistics for the Central Asia region.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with a focus on problemsolving and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with procurement software and tools is preferred.
