Are you ready to embark on a journey in the world of luxury hospitality? We are thrilled to announce the opening of a magnificent 5-star resort in Qatar this December, and we are seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our team.

If you have a passion for providing exceptional service, excellent organizational skills, and a knack for managing reservations, we want you on our team


Key Responsibilities:

Reservations: Handle guest reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to resort policies.

Booking Management: Manage and update the reservation system, ensuring accuracy of guest data and preferences.

Upselling: Promote additional services and packages to enhance the guest experience.

Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and inquiries, finding effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction.

Communication: Collaborate with various resort departments to coordinate room assignments and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Administrative Tasks: Maintain detailed records, manage billing, and prepare reports as needed.

Guest Follow-Up: Confirm reservations, send pre-arrival information, and post-stay thank-you notes to guests.


Requirements:

Customer-Centric: A passion for providing outstanding service and exceeding guest expectations.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Previous Experience: Experience in reservations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in hotel reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues effectively.

Team Player: Collaborative and able to work well within a diverse team.

Availability: Must be available for an online interview this week and able to start before November 20th, 202-
Location: Located outside of Qatar due to visa restrictions and timelines.
