Senior Support Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work on monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting streaming services, data transformation, integration infrastructure, and web services Work on performing web service testing for troubleshooting and optimization, such as SOAP or RESTful services, in order to ensure proper functioning 10
- Troubleshoot API errors and make performance tuning recommendations.
- Monitor and manage Software AG components, perform capacity planning, and keep security patches and configurations uptodate.
- Design and implement API Gateway policies and security protocols.
- Assist in installing and configuring the AG Software environment including but not limited to Web Methods components.
