Key Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Analyze the market, issue RFQ's for reputed reliable supplier's.
  • Collecting competitive quotations, develop price comparison sheet, negotiate and finalize the supplier.
  • Issue PO's and support the division for uninterrupted delivery of materials as per the required delivery schedule.
  • Track all the PR's assigned and convert to orders in given time frame.

Essential Qualifications and Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)
  • Total experience of 12 years, including 5 years in a similar job.
  • Excellent time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to rapidly learn new systems and procedures.
  • Well developed skills in Excel w/ Pivot table, Word and general software operation.
  • Operates ethically, with honesty and integrity.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
QAR6, QAR7,500.00 per month
