Create and maintain lease agreements for tenants as per the standard required

  • Maintaining tenant legal document renewal updates
  • Maintaining a healthy supportive relationship with tenants and clients
  • Monthly Lease Agreement Report for all properties managed by the company
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction is high by ensuring quick response
  • Site Visit for properties.
  • Following up on inspection prior to and post tenant moving
  • Responsible for all lease renewals and notifying of tenants
  • Qualification: Previous experience in the field
  • QID/ NOC Required

Salary:
From QAR4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
