Urgently hiring for Property Supervisor (Arabic Nationality) with Real Estate and Facility Management experience available locally in Qatar. Locally available in Qatar with transferable
QID and NOC.

To assist the Manager and other personnel in the managing of residential properties and communal areas for clients
:


  • To Coordinate with the property departments and the FM to assist in the preparation of apartments and the handover process.

To Provide high quality customer service to all AKG Residents
:

To Assist all tenant complaints on a daily basis and coordinate with different departments to resolve issues
:


  • To Maintain verbal and written communications with clients, tenants and service providers on issues related to managed properties.

To Process maintenance requests and ensure maintenance work is completed accurately and as per time schedule
:


  • Routinely visit all areas to ensure units and common areas are maintained to the highest standard to protect property values.

Direct performance of in house work force and monitor all works executed by contractors to ensure compliance with government regulations and residential property management standards
:


  • To prepare all related reporting and documents as instructed by property staff including weekly reporting, meeting agendas and meeting notes.

Works well independently as well as in group situations ensuring effective problem resolution
:


  • Identifies areas where improvement in process/ procedure is required and recommends effective solutions.

Report any emergency on spot to the general manager
:


  • Work under pressure.

Pay:
QAR5, QAR5,500.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:

Facility Management: 2 years (required)


Language:


  • Arabic (required)
