Experience:
7 Years in the field

  • Bachelor's degree in business or an ITrelated field, Experience in project management, It is preferable to have experience and knowledge in data management.
  • Good ability to communicate and build relationships.
  • 15 years of experience in data management and quality.
  • A strong track record of implementing data governance and quality projects and establishing data governance offices.
  • Deep knowledge of data management, quality policies, standards, procedures, and metrics.
  • Extensive experience in developing detailed data governance workflows, operating models, and organizational structures.
  • Deep understanding and certification in DAMA DMBOK.
  • Expert in metadata management (data classifications, glossary, data lineage)
  • Good understanding of data management, data quality, and metadata management tools such as Informatica And Collibra.
  • Proven consulting skills, with change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change, and performance measurement system design.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients as a consultant and the team as a coach and observer.
  • Ability to organize and deliver training to established data management offices and client teams.
