I undertake a range of administrative and clerical tasks in support of the Fund Development, Middle East department, including;
- Prepare resources and materials for events and activities, by conducting needs analyses and drafting events planning forms, to help ensure successful events and maximise donations.
- Provide procurement support by obtaining quotes for; venues, coaches, AV, catering etc. to ensure the smooth running of FR events, and value for money.
- Organise travel and hotel arrangements by contacting local/corporate providers/suppliers and maintaining good relations to ensure value for money, making sure travel needs are met to a satisfactory standard.
- Management of all FR data input and data management using Excel spreadsheets and Salesforce, and to ensure information is reflected accurately with an audit trail in line with protocol.
- Conduct research and networking to identify new and innovative opportunities to help grow the donor database of the charity.
- Produce letters, reports, data sheets, and content material.
- Complete and submit the SLA on behalf of the Middle East department to the Programmes department.
- Update the Middle East income tracker on a weekly basis and follow-up on any outstanding invoices / payments.
- Liaise with the Compliance and Procurement departments to conduct satisfactory due diligence on new and existing partners and influencers, including Thomson Reuters screening.
- Take meeting minutes at any meetings pertaining to the Middle East department, and follow-up on any relevant outstanding actions.
- Write and collate monthly statistical reports, financial statements and correspondence on various metrics pertaining to the Middle East department.
