Abdul Gafoor Abdurahiman

My self-Abdul Gafoor Abdurahiman, a PMP Certified Electrical Engineer having more than 20 years of experience in Electrical Power System project in which 15 years of experience in Qatar. Currently I am working with Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) as a Construction Engineer.

I am looking for more challenging position in Electrical Power projects or Oil & Gas field to develop my career and knowledge. I am a hard-working person and like to work without any time bound as per the project requirement with safe work environment. 

If Selected, i will assure my best service to satisfy myself and the organisation.

I am now working with KAHRAMAA and involved in the Electricity Distribution network expansion in all over Qatar. I am looking after cabling, installation and Commissioning of 11 KV Substations. I was in the part of the project team which electrified major projects Like Pearl Qatar, Lusail City, FIFA Stadiums etc. I am also an Authorized Switching Engineer in Distribution network and QP Certified PTW and CPW holder.

Before joining KAHRAMAA, I was a Testing and Commissioning Engineer and was involved in Testing of Circuit Breakers, Transformers, Current Transformers, Voltage Transformers, Feeder Pillars, Switchgears, Isolators etc up to 400 KV. I was also worked in 2000MW HVDC project in Kolar, India under Siemens limited for the installation and erection activities. So, I have very wide knowledge in Substations projects.
