My name is Abdul Rahiman Golithottu I'm from India currently working in Qatar Al mirqab FM as a BMS Operator I have 5 year experience BMS and 3 year HVAC Technician 

o   Operates and maintains Building Management System (BMS) for proper function and monitors to include; HVAC, Lighting, Security, Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm System Power Generator, Electrical and Plumbing.

o   Operating and monitoring of water cool chiller and air cooled chiller

o   Operating and monitoring of primary and secondary pumps.

o   Checks routinely for correct operation of all equipment in locations that include BMS control of system

o   Monitor the operation of the HVAC Control system using the BMS to monitor performance

o   Adjust Variables and provide adjustment as required to ensure systems are operating correctly within parameters

o   Promptly report all accidents, injuries and unsafe working conditions

o    Communicate all maintenance and repair action in writing for information to management as required.

o   Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time

o   Ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advise on technology and modifications required to improve efficiency and cost savings

o   Monitors and verifies operation of all BMS field devices.

o   Troubleshoots BMS system faults and develops repair solutions.

o   Installation and Troubleshooting of BTU Meter and Sensor

o   Adjusts BMS setting and parameters to meet changing condition, i.e., Load, Environmental, Customer needs, etc.

o   Maintains documentation for all malfunctions, repairs, maintenance, or changes to system

o   Monitors BMS for changes outside of normal operating parameters and reports these to the Maintenance supervisor

o   Monitors of fire detection alarm system, such as smoke detection, heat detector, sprinkler.

o   Monitor of water tank supply level alarm, air handling unit, fresh air handling unit.

Monitor of fire pump system, motors, sewage pump, electrical system, water system, ventilation elevator control in the building

Qualification: ITI   in – Mechanical Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning.
