Managed a high reduction on the supply base and cost saving benefits on spend in pre-opening steps of many Hotels in Doha. By developing closer supplier relationships, negotiation for best price, making re-engineering of business processes, staff training and performance specifications. Good knowledge in local rules and regulations.

Currently working as Director of Purchasing with Zulal Wellness Resort, part of Msheireb Properties and Qatar Foundation.

Handled the supply chain of material supply and service without effecting the operation by finding alternative products from various part of the world especially for last few year when the neighboring countries stopped supply to Qatar Market.

Established the Purchasing Department structure to provide a comprehensive procurement service in Company in line with brand standards. Part of the Birch Street installation team Hilton properties in Doha, as part of standardization. Currently working on installation of Dynamics 360 Procurement software.
