I have Six plus years working experience in Qatar as an Admin Officer and also I had working experience as Admin cum Sales officer in a products sales organization for one plus years in Sri Lanka.

I have excellent IT skills and good knowledge of MS Office Packages. And speaks three plus languages (Tamil, English, Hindi, Sinhala, Malayalam & Basic Arabic). Immediately I can be  joined in your organization with NOC From the current employer.


Currently  I'm seeking a suitable job to further enrich my knowledge and talents.

Hands on experience in handling daily office routine works such as daily attendance register & daily update in master data etc. (having experience on handling 13000 plus worker records)  Experience in handling & administrating CASH by reconcile expense reports.  Hands on experience in Document making for new arrivals and issuance of cash advances with clear records.  Write letters or emails with sensitive information’s in a confidential manner. And handling all forms of communication: e-mail, mail, telephone, and fax.  Hands on experience in maintaining good relationship with higher management, Main Office, Co-workers & Departments. Like coordinate with the transport department; Payroll Department; Admin Department; Generator Department; A/c and Maintenance department.  Hands on experience in conversing with the suitable departments to solve the issues on time. And reviews daily labor camp reports in relevance to data sent by the camp bosses and ensure that all required services are carried out.  Handling Human resources related activities in the department. And made and follow up with vacation planner. Coordinates with the H.R. Department for the Annual vacation of the department employees their tickets and settlement issues.  Conducting Monthly Internal Inspection Audits in the accommodation to ensure that hygiene, health and safety regulations are met with law and company policies.  Conducting welfare meetings to the employees (photo attached).  Hands on Experience with managing and completing inter camp cricket tournament and Festival seasonal sports events among the employees. (Photos attached).  Establishes operating budget for the camp and controls expenditures. Costing for the department.
