Career Experience
BIM Modeler (2018-Present)
• Creates and develop ELV generic models/family from LOD100 to
LOD500 detailed models based on the construction standard requirement,
specification, product submittal, shop drawings, and As-built drawings.
• Produce sheets, Plan drawings, sections, elevation, and schedules through the BIM
model and parametric Revit families.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of project delivery processes,
procedures, templates, and model content.
• Conduct clash detection analyses, prepare clash detection reports and, resolve them.
• Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate during construction.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines in design changes & model challenges.
Draftsman (2011-Present)
• Prepare shop drawing, floor plan. ceiling plan, section, and elevation drawings.
• Prepare schematic diagrams, rack elevation, and rack installation drawings.
• Prepare mounting installation, structural support, and any other related detail drawings.
• Create a tracker for all related devices/equipment required during construction.
• Prepare material submittal, simulation report, and any other related documents.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines in design changes.
• Closely coordinate with Engineers, Supervisors, and Technicians and prepare markup
drawings for any site issue or design changes.
3D Visualizer / Graphic Artist (2014-Present)
• Create & use multiple 3D modeling software to produce simplified models, detailed
models, or irregular shape models based on the client requirements.
• Creates photo-realistic 3D renderings for tender submission, project presentation, or
product presentation.
• Creates Walk-through animation, develops & enhances it using multiple photos and video
editing software.
• Creates video simulation for product installation and assembly.
• Prepare and edit graphic-related works for tender submission and Project presentation
purposes.
