• As Order Taker, you are responsible to provide a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
• You will also be required to have extensive knowledge of menu offerings.
• Reporting to the Room Service Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all products.
• To handle In Room Dining orders by telephone from guests for food & beverage.
• To recommend and generally assists guests to place their orders.
• To record and process In Room Dining food and beverage revenue.
• Practice hotel Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
