My job role as a Medical Director is to • Provide professional and administrative coverage to the center • Ensure all Policies and procedure are carried out with compliance • Enhance cooperation between nurses and physicians • Fostering healthy relationship with suppliers • Evaluating and diffusing tensions that arise in medical units • Implement process improvements in timely manner • Implement policies and procedures • Provide and advise on patient care • Review the safety,  quality and appropriateness of services provided in the center • Provide direct medical supervision to the tec and medical staff • Involvement in regular meetings with management for different decisions My job role as a Dental Surgeon is to • Treat Adult and Children patients • General Dentistry procedures • Restorations and aesthetic Fillings (pin and posts) • Root Canal Procedures • Crown & Bridge,  Partial and Full Dentures • Laser • Whitening • Veneers • Extraction
