14 years and 9 months of experience in IT , Maintenance, Support, trouble shooting and Performance monitoring of all Servers, storage and tape library at both Primary and DR sites. Maintain and support mailing system, VPN and Domains. Also support and troubleshoot software and hardware problems, update the software and hard ware especially for the MAC computers, for more than 200 students and faculty.
