I am also certified in FSMS FSSC 22000 V 5.1 and OHSMS ISO 45001: 2018 Lead Auditor, and possess expertise in internal and external audits, developing ISO documents such as IMS manual, policies, procedures, SOPs, HACCP plan, hazard analysis, PRPs, and risk assessment. 

In my current role as Head of Quality and Food Safety at Tamween, Doha, Qatar, I have been responsible for overseeing the implementation of food safety and quality systems, managing audits, and developing training modules. Developing, implementing, maintaining and updating company Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems and HACCP. Establishing, Implementing, Maintaining and Updating all related management system records and
documents in line with HACCP, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. Develops policies and procedures as required by Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety and Environmental management system standards.

 Previously, as a Hygiene and Training Officer at Tamween, Doha, Qatar, I played a key role in ensuring compliance with food safety standards and conducting training programs.  Implementing, review and maintain the Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems and HACCP. Ensuring company operates at high levels of food safety, workplace health and safety and comply with all relevant legislation. Conduct periodic Food safety, Quality and HSE Inspections on sites & Assist Food Safety Team Leader on investigation and traceability of customer complaints.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, and have completed various training programs and certifications, including diploma in Bakery and Confectionary, Lead Auditor FSSC 22000 V 5.1 and ISO 45001: 2018, Level 4 award in Food Safety Management, Level 3 award in HACCP, and Basic First aid & CPR, and Basic Fire Fighting.
