Duties and Responsibilities

• The main duty of an Emergency Operation Center (EOC) Operator is receiving emergency calls, finding out the nature of the emergency and following it up, taking down the location and personal information of the callers, dispatching available emergency units to the proper location, keeping callers on the line when necessary; advising callers on the proper course of actions, calms down, and documenting the conditions, prioritizing emergency scenarios, monitoring the activity of emergency vehicles, and testifying in court when needed. 
• Ability to remain calm in a crisis, and the mental and emotional strength needed to deal with stressful situations.
• Cascade/relay the information to MGMT. Make reports using facts and evidence.

Duties and Responsibilities

• As a CCTV or SCR operator, monitor a variety of technologies including access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems to provide security service and threat elimination for industrial, business, or residential customers. 
• To use the CCTV equipment in the shared services area of observation to help detect and deter crime and anti-social behavior and provide high-quality evidence to allow enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute offenders.
• Constantly focus and monitor the site activities via CCTV or other surveillance systems.
• Reviewed activities captured on camera, notified authorities of suspicious activity and archived CCTV footage, and maintained its tracking database.
• Respond to intrusion alarms by instructing the team.
• Familiarity with the integrated systems in the control room.
• Be high-level vigilant. Make reports using facts and evidence.
