Food scientist from Algeria, holding a bachelor degree in food science and a master degree in food biotechnology, I can supervise the work of businesses/staff and regularly remind them about safe food handling practices (ISO22000 and HACCP), I find it less complex to comply with the skills and knowledge requirement of manipulating the food processing equipments and laboratory management due to my education experience in food science, biotechnology and internships where I well performed for understanding the practices of food manufacture and analysis, the entire education period has been coupled with practices on high-end laboratories, I have a high concentration and attention to detail which will make me easily understand the work environment and achieve the company goals.
