Introduce myself. My name is Asaad 
Othmani from Tunisia. He obtained a university degree as an engineer in food 
industries from the Higher Institute of 
Technological Studies in Tunis in 2009. 
I worked for 9 years in a laboratory for analysis and control offood and water in Tunisia.

In 2018, I moved to Qatar and worked as a laboratory officer for microbiological and veterinary analyzes in a poultry farm a laboratory officer for microbiological

During my career I have taken many 
courses in food analysis and germs 
control and obtained many certifications 
ISO and HACCP, Food Safety
Quality control officer inside the farm in 
departments (the broilerhouse 
department, the hatchery factory, and 
the slaughterhouse from the beginning 
of production to the arrival of the 
product to the market) 
I have first aid certificates .

9 years as a senior technicia in Tunisi   laboratory microbiology 

4 years as a supervisor laboratory microbiology and veterinary in qatar
