Key Responsibilities as BIM Coordinator and Lead:
 Working on International BIM Projects within a variety of business sectors which includes Residential Building,
Commercial Tower, Metro Rail, Stadium, Healthcare, Education, and Water Reservoirs Projects.
 Expertise in Revit Family Creation such as point curve adaptive family, detailing, Staircase, Vault, skirting,
construction joints, control joints, expansion joints, ramp, Slanted Wall/Column, Door, Windows, Curtain Wall,
Mullion, Arc Glazing, Furniture, Annotation families, Parametric Title Block for sheet etc.
 Responsible for COBIE submission with asset management as per standard for maintainable items.
 Responsible for Multi-Disciplinary Clash Coordination in Navisworks & Revit based on Clash Priority and
required Tolerance.
 Make 4D Simulation in Navisworks based on Actual Site progress & Baseline programs & provide in Mp4 format.
 Extracts Quantity take-off and Material take-off for required elements as per required unit and format.
 Familiarity with data exchange formats such as DGN, DWG, NWD, NWC, IFC, FBX, Aconex, FTP, Project wise.
 Able to extract the best quality 3D images out of Revit for internal coordination/tender.
 Support and manage BIM related resources within assigned project (schedule, roles, and responsibilities).
 Perform QA/QC checks and maintain QA/QC check tracker.
 Good speed in BIM/Revit software, quick understanding of details.
 Attend and Participate Construction BIM Progress Meeting with stakeholders.
 Develop BIM project template, Revit component libraries, provide guidance and assistance with project teams by
Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD skills and tips.
 Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
