Cathlene Murillo

I started to work as a Teacher in International School that caters English subjects to Korean Students.On April 2012, I worked as a Human Resource Officer (Employment Relation and Industrial Relation) in Merchandising Company. My responsibilities in this role are to keep the relation of the employees and to keep confidentiality the records of the company. This position has given me key employability skills while also allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast-paced work environment. While working, I took my Master of Arts with specialization in Industrial Psychology on 2016. On December 2016 up to present, I started to work as an HR/ Welfare Officer in Security Company based in Doha, Qatar. 

With regard to my ability to meet the specific requirements of this job: 

· Human resource: Worked for almost six years in Human Resource that providing the needs and query of the employees. 

· Welfare Duties: Responsibility to ensure the welfare of the employees working overseas, do counseling and face to face interactions.
