I am Cesario Bascug Ayaay, a licenced civil engineer,56 years old currently residing at Doha Qatar.I am working as Qa/Qc Engineer in Doha,Qatar for almost seven (7) years since 2015 until 2021 in building construction works. I have a freelancer visa, willing to work and searching for a new jobs here in Doha Qatar.

I started working and practicing my profession as a civil engineer since 1989 and until now. I am working for 31 years in various position in the Philippines and also here in Doha Qatar.

I had finished my Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Course at Saint Joseph College in Maasin City, Southern Leyte, Philippines on March 1988. I took up my licensure examination and became a full pledge civil engineer on December 18,1989.Several trainings and seminar I attended related to my profession to educate more and increase my knowledge about engineering industry.
