• Administrating emails service (OFFICE 365) to deploy, creating/removing, configure, skype for business, ONEDRIVE, emails archiving/backup, troubleshooting and escalating issues to Microsoft.
• IT Assets Management and procuring the IT equipment such as computers, laptops, Printers, maintaining minimum ink stock etc.
• Conduct remote sessions with Remote Desktop Connection (ANY Desk, Team Viewer)
• Installation of ERP software (Oracle DB) and provide training to Admin Staff, Accounts Dept., Procurement Dept., Site Engineer.,
• Provide end-user support, resolving technical issues and provides technical assistance for all Operating system (For Construction Manager, Draft man, Site Engineer, QAQC Manager)
• Responsible for creating new MS outlook accounts for new users (MS Office 2016, 2019, 2020, 365)
• Responsible for the installation of operating system WINDOWS 10 pro and WINDOWS 11
• Responsible for installation of software's like anti-virus, MS office 2013/ 2016/ 365, Win RAR, Adobe Acrobat Pro, AUTO CADD 2021, CIVIL 3D, ZOOM, SKYPE, Tally, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining the network & troubleshooting the network related issues
• Responsible for maintaining & troubleshooting network printers
• Responsibilities for troubleshooting internet issues & sharing printers.
• Creating Accounts in Social Media and updating professionally (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube).
