• Result-oriented Electrical Engineer with more than 15 years of experience including 12 years in Dubai, UAE in execution, estimation and maintenance of MEP/Electrical and ELV  and Irrigation system.
• Expertise in various construction materials and practices being exercised within the gulf countries in line with the International Standards and testing procedures including local authorities’ standards. 
• Expertise in execution, maintenance of MEP/Electrical system for Building & Infrastructure, Golf Course Irrigation Pumping Stations (IPS), Swimming Pools, Water Features, Exterior Lighting, Lake aeration works and Testing & Commissioning.
• Skilled in managing, execution, monitoring and controlling Projects from tender phase to handing over ensuring committed quality and safety practices.
• Coordination with Clients /Consultants /Sub-contractors to resolve technical issues and carrying out & completion of works on site.
• Managing team of Engineers and Supervisors, Technicians and outsourced vendors and training them for execution and completion of works as per the project document
• Ensuring site activities carried out in line with quality procedures and safety practices
• Handled wide range of MEP / Electrical construction and maintenance for residential, commercial works and major developments in UAE for large Contractors such as Desert Group and Proscape Group.
• Preparation of Manpower deployment schedule and ensuring effective utilisation of available resources, Planning, organizing and carrying out site works as per project programme
• Prepare & review of Method Statements, shop drawings, as-built drawings, material submittals and Operation & Maintenance manuals to obtain Consultant/Client approval.
• Assist with the development of a project tender documentation through development of the project specific scope of works, bill of quantities and drawings to meet the stakeholder requirements
• To identify project non-compliances and raise with management through regular reporting on contractor performance to ensure the completed project is in line with employer’s vision .
• To review all as-built information for accuracy through on site auditing and checking constructed works to ensure all airport assets are kept current and up to date
• Review the Technical Transmittals related to the project, Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety, Project Coordination throughout the Project Life Cycle.
