I work as a mechanical technician for 13years work experience in abroad oil/gas company

1. Inspected and tested machinery, equipment and component parts to identify defects, diagnose malfunction and facilitate repairs.
2. Analyzed and located the malfunctions brakes, motor, air and grease control system of bridge type conveyor and stacker and Reclaimer.
3. Performed root caused analysis of problems, documented faults in tracking system and generated daily reports.
4. Performed diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures to find and identify root causes of mechanical issues.
5. Performed Alignment of pump and motor using dial indicator and laser alignment kit.
6. Replaced damaged, missing or defective parts with new refurbished components
7. Clean and repair, install the external and internal of equipment on tank, valves, pumps and gasket, caps and hoses, pipe spool,valve ,drain leg,swing blind and regasket of suction and discharge line,bolt tightening using high pressure machine,repacking of pump and valve.
8. Overhauling of pump such a centrifugal pump, vertical pump, reciprocating pump, gearboxes, valves,blower,
9. To inspect or replaced Diaphragm, NRV, Piston rod, regasket of gosh neck,first fill of oil of Wirht pump.
10. Inspection of belt conveyor,such a ,carrying roller,idler roller ,return roller,tail and head pulley ,belt damage,coupling and gearbox,break pod of motor, belt alignment of stacker and reclaimer conveyor.
11. Removed and install of pneumatic and hydraulic cylinder, actuator, steam valve,
12. Preventive and predictive maintenance of equipment,modification of equipment as per client and vendor design.
