PROJECT LIMA – Sanitary Layout 

A Mix-Use Development Project (Residential and Retail Unit) located in Arca South, Taguig City. The Structure is composed of 5 Towers (1 – 7 Storey residential building, 2 – 17 Storey Residential Building, 2-20 Storey residential  building) in one common podium (B3 to Ground Floor Level). 

PROJECT SOLINEA T5 – Sanitary and Mechanical Layout 

Strategically located in Cebu Park District, Solinea is within Cebu Business Park, a 50-hectare master planned  development designed as the business and lifestyle mecca of Cebu and SouthernPhilippines. A 2.6-hectare property  bounded by two major access roads—Luzon Avenue on the north and Cardinal Rosales Avenue on the east. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

▪ Create BIM content: Families, Model in Place, Formulas, Template etc. 

▪ Knowledgeable in BIM content standards as per RIB iTwo 

▪ Provide Building Model (BIM) from LOD 200 to LOD 400 

▪ Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline BIM modelling 

▪ Conduct initial clash analysis 

▪ Perform in-depth clash analysis based from BIM 360 walkthrough 

▪ Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design – changes and model challenges 

▪ Participate in discipline reviews both internal and external teams 

▪ Calibrate model based on recent developments within the project, includes but no limited to design update and/or as per actual site condition 

▪ Consolidates clash reports and material presentation 

▪ Monitor and update the submittal registry according to Project Execution Schedule 

▪ Develop high level of communication and good writing skills 

▪ Start over-the-shoulder trainings, developing, and shadowing new hires
