 I was working as a support teacher at Eden learning center.

Through my one-year experience as a
support teacher, Ihave been able to modify activities to support the learning needs of students who are experiencing learning difficulties in their classes and improve their learning outcome. Ihave also been involved in two literacy programs Multi-lit and Mental extension program which I have mastered. In this program students learn the letter sounds and are taught how to sound out the words. They also learn the letter sounds and how to apply this new knowledge ni their reading. tI is an effective program that improved the reading ability of struggling
 

 Iam currently working as a year group special needs educator. 

Part of my job as a teacher is also to program curriculum content that caters for the learning needs.
 I also assisted students ni setting short- and long-term goals for themselves ni order to motivate them to improve on what they have and achieve self satisfaction. 

Another part of my experience was helping students ni achieving better marks ni their subjects and helping them find solutions to their problems such as fi they have a problem with one of the teachers what appropriate procedure they should follow. My ability to communicate clearly in both Arabic and English has been a major advantage while working as a teacher.

As a support teacher at our institution, Faten's primary responsibilities include providing assistance to children with special needs, implementing activities, and adjusting learning activities to meet the unique requirements of each child. Faten has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of the diverse needs of our students and has shown remarkable creativity in developing tailored educational experiences for them.
