Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy Current from Sep 2022 The Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC) is responsible for the delivery of the required infrastructure and host country planning and operations for Qatar to host an amazing and historic 2022 FIFA World Cup™. Project: - FIFA WORLDCUP 2022 Duties/ Responsibilities: -  Managing and maintaining Enterprise unified communications systems.  Coordinate and administer telecommunications activities.  Perform analysis and contribute to the design of phone architecture, integration and installation.  Installing and configuring Voice based applications like, Cisco UCM, and Cisco UCCE.  Configuring Enterprise Mobility Management solution i.e. Blackberry.  Responsible for all company telecom, phone, faxes, fax servers and phone switches.  Prepares and maintains technical documentation to guide network users, and to assist with the on-going operation, maintenance, and development of the network.  Assist and maintain documentation for the phone network and IT related support.  Assist and maintain a formal system of evaluating all telephone systems and materials used to maintain them .

Network Voice Engineer 

HCL Technologies Mar/2021 – Sep/2022 HCL Technologies is an Indian multinational information technology (IT) services and consulting company. Project: - FedEx USA  Provide remote technical support to the FedEx employees in USA and Canada. Providing Network and voice support to FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, FedEx Freight, FedEx Custom Critical operational employees. Duties/ Responsibilities: -  Configuring Cisco IP phone using Cisco Unified Call Manager. Managing Cisco phones & voice mail boxes.  Configuring call pick up, Hunt group, Speed Dial, SNR, BLF, Personal Directory as per end user requirements.

Reporting POTs lines such as Fax lines, Voice Line, Alarm system Lines to service provider and third-party vendors.  Troubleshooting POTS line and T1 circuit issue. Clearing port security in switches.  Bouncing the ports in router and voice gateway by performing MGCP reset.  Assisting Internal Wiring Tech remotely over the call to fix the wiring for the phone lines and communication devices such as Fax, Security, Burglar and Fire Alarm.  Monitoring RTMT alerts.  Working with CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, SIP, Voice Gateways, Cisco Dialer, and UCCE.  Review and general clean-up of Ticket Queue.  Responsible to work with customers on troubleshooting, resolving and communicating all technical issues via phone, e-mail and chat.  Creating tickets for incoming telecomm request and email alerts using ServiceNow.  Keep track of network changes, outages and maintenance operations across the enterprise,  Management of user accounts through Bulk Administration Tool (BAT) and LDAP.  Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco Voice gateways, ICT Trunks in CUCM.  Creation of Calling search spaces and partitions for calling privileges.  Troubleshooting Route patterns, Translation pattern, Route group for call routing in CUCM.  Worked in 24/7 in rotational shift. 

Network Support Engineer

Exetel Telecommunications Oct/2016 – Mar/2021 Exetel is an Australian ISP which provides ADSL, web hosting, VoIP, and other internet services to customers across Australia. Duties/ Responsibilities: -  Analyze the problems reported by small business and residential customers and trouble shoot for the PSTN, ADSL, Fiber, Mobile and Mobile broadband services.  Liaising with project management team,3rd line engineers and service desk engineers on a regular basis.  Responsible for day-to-day Operation management of Cisco Devices, traffic management and monitoring.

Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades.  Use tools to monitor / rectify / trouble shoot the issues in order to advise the customers about the network performance or the faults on the line.  Configuration of hosted VoIP services.  Monitor the bandwidth and the network traffic using MRTG and recommend the suggestions.  Create high volume of tickets using remedy.

Engineering Intern 

Srilanka Telecom-Mobitel Feb 2014 – Aug 2014 Srilanka Telecom-Mobitel is the national telecommunications services provider in Sri Lanka. Duties/Responsibilities: -  Worked in Engineering Division such as NOC, VAS, RNO, BSS and NSS.  Worked with WINFIOL, Net Neuman, M2000 softwares for fault management in NOC.  Helped in preparing reports by monitoring the log files. Involved in Alarm monitoring and handling. Preparation of various network reports- Daily, weekly, monthly and RCA etc.  GSM & CDMA Knowledge, Telecom Service Network, Service Application characteristics, Implementation and Integration Processes.  Performed Drive Tests attending customer complaints, analyzed Log files and solved Coverage and Quality Issues in RNO division.  Developed a web based application of an Inventory Management System for the BSC boards.
