•  Detail study of the Scope of tender, drawings, schedule equipment's, specifications, quantity take off and Preparation of Bill of Quantities for Electrical equipment’s in excel format. 
• Electrical load estimation, deign as per international and local standards (medium and low voltage), KAHRAMAA standards. Development of single line diagram and control schematics, electrical equipment selection sizing and protection.
• Cable sizing, bus bar, earthing system according to the load analysis and routing, Short Circuit Calculation, voltage drop calculation, lighting and illumination design. 
• Building security systems, Access control systems, CCTV, Public Addressable systems, Fire Alarm System, Lighting control system, telecommunications, data services, cable tray routing. 
• Providing guidance to prepare Lighting layouts, power layouts, Load schedule, single line diagram and the related engineering calculations like panel board circuits and main distribution board circuit breaker size selection etc. 
• Involved in Preparation of Lighting Design with Architect based on Lux level Scheme. 
• Accountable for attending meetings with main contractor/client for resolving different technical issues and project progress.

• Evaluate engineering proposals, shop drawings and design comments for sound electrical engineering practice and conformance with established safety and design criteria and recommend approval or disapproval.
• Preparation for material submittal for the project.
•  Planning and execution on the electrical side for MEP projects closely monitoring the construction activities, attending weekly meetings at site with other Engineers and Contractor- Maintained weekly status reports.
• Monitoring the installation of Addressable Fire Alarm system, Security (CCTV), Public Address, Internal & External Decorative light fixtures, Illumination and dimming systems, Cable Routing, Earthing, , Panel Board and Building Management System, Audio Video System.
• Testing and commissioning of all the entities as per the regulation and ensuring that all of the new services are error free. 
• Conducting coordination meeting with all parties involved in the project for ensuring the full compliance of the project requirements including the integration between two different systems. 
• Following higher management time schedule instructions and advises, reporting work field condition problems & statues to higher management, following activities of other departments in site. 
•  Coordinate with Sub contractor for the fast progress work on site implementation of advanced system and material available in market as per the requirement and conduct weekly Site Inspection & prepare Monthly Progress Reports. 
• Conduct inspections for Quality Control and Quality Assurance Program, reporting, finding and recommendations. Specialties Site Engineering, Design, Supervision, Construction and Maintenance, Pricing, Testing and Commissioning.
• Analysis and complying all the NCR (Non-Compliance Reports) and SOR (Site 
• Observation Report) raised by the consultant.
• Execution & handling the project as a Project Engineer and effectively handling electrical, ELV, FA, HVAC, Plumbing and drainage.
• Site Coordination in execution of HVAC duct works, electrical conduiting and cabling, plumbing and drainage systems.
• Design assistance in creation of lighting and power layouts with adequate load 

calculation.

• Execution of projects according to design, project specification and project quality procedures.
• Establish and maintain relationship with Consultant, Client and attaining regular technical meetings, presenting the updates and requirements.
• Daily inspection of work site and provide progress feedback to the Project Manager. 
• Prepare weekly & monthly report in progress. 
• Involved in the design and built for the pressurization system & various other systems as per the requirement from client; getting approval from consultant and perfect implementation of the proposals. 
• Ensuring the completion of assigned tasks with no delay and raising work inspection for the completed tasks. 
• Preparing shop drawings and coordinating with draft man to prepare shop drawings and as built. 
• Supervision in installation of field devises as new activator valves for all the existing AHUs cabling and interfacing. 
• Preparing all handing over documents and coordination and involving in snagging process.
• Preparation of documents for QCDD approval as per Qatar Civil Defence Standards
