Mr. Fayed has More than 20 years in the Middle East and GCC high level of expertise in electrical construction installations and supervision, precommissioning in addition to testing and commissioning, startup and handover to the client for several construction projects.

The extensive experience has been gained through construction supervision and construction management of several LNG projects plants, Industrial facilities Residential communities, Office buildings, educational premises, Hotels, and High-rise buildings.

Mr. Fayed has also engineering skills to review design, FEED, Detailed engineering and detailed shop drawing for the following; lux calculations, lighting & power layouts, single line diagrams & panel board schedules, load flow analysis, short circuit analysis, cable sizing, power feeder schedules, control cables schedules, voltage drop calculations, short circuit calculations, selectivity study for protection devices, motor starting analysis, grounding calculations, step & touch voltage calculations & grounding layouts, as well as diversified experience with HV/MV/LV motors, VFDs, MCCS , low and medium voltage switchgear, transformers and generators in addition to low current systems (CCTV, fire alarm, telecom, data, security systems, GRMS, lighting control), Heat tracing, cathodic protection also lightning protection layout and calculations , beside his construction management skills regarding Review and evaluation of technical electrical material submittals , shop drawings , method statements , inspection test plans , quality and commissioning plans , attending testing and commissioning activities for all type of electrical work on project completion and on FAT tests .

Worked with ANSI, IEEE, IEE, NFPA, BS, Shell DEP, ISO standards throughout his career, extensive experience with MV/LV networks as well as the low current systems.
