  I'm an enthusiastic, customer and safety-oriented person having worked for more than 5 years in customer facing environments and 2 years in aviation field proving customer service. Am passionate about creating exceptional and comfortable customer experiences with proven record of high customer satisfaction. 

  I have more than 5 years working in customer facing environments where i worked in the aviation field for 2 years and later proceeded to hospitality industry where i was offering the same and currently am working as a customer service trainer as well as safety operations. Am as well a trained counsellor and a social worker where i was working in a hospital-based setup providing care.
