With over 20 years of experience in the IT field, I have held various management positions throughout industries of FMCG retail & wholesale, Banking, Telecom, Real estate and Information technology. I have worked in ISO certified big international and regional organizations such as Orange and Arab Bank, and have served in many countries in the Middle East such as Kuwait, Jordan, and Qatar. Throughout my career, I have participated in many project implementations in many countries, such as Algeria, Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait, and Qatar. I hold a valid driving license for all my previous residence countries.

As a certified PMP from PMI with valid credentials and certified ITIL foundation v4 from PeopleCert, I possess a strong foundation in communications, planning, strategic thinking, project management, leadership, problem-solving, and work-around solutions. I have also completed various soft skills courses such as “Finance for none financials,” “Advanced Excel,” “Communication skills,” among others. Additionally, I have a strong knowledge in the area of cloud web applications and a very strong experience in IT infrastructure, business cycles, networking, cyber security, and IT operations.
