حول Ilyas Aisha:

Over the years of my practice, I have practised to design lesson plans and high school maths curriculum for GCSE and IB. I have not only helped high ability students meet their potential in order to pursue their dreams in highly competitive environments, I also worked extensively with students with special needs to help them improve their grades.


 

تجربة

I am currently working as an IB-MYP and high school Mathematics teacher. My experience as an IB-myp teacher has given me freedom to teach what and how according to student’s needs, developing my own pedagogical framework and taking me away from the traditional exam-centered IGCSE system. IB truly gives high quality professional development that encourages critical thinking, self-reflection, and dedication to continuous improvement of teachers, students and to administrative leadership of the school to collaborate towards shared goal of meeting individual and cultural needs of students using appropriate concepts and skills.
