My professional experience is gained through customer service, sales and my most recent experience is in the aviation industry. I have worked with Qatar Airways during the World Cup 2022 season as a customer service agent in the ticket and reservations role. This chance has extended  my knowledge in handling clients on different levels both locally and internationally. The experienced gained as Ticket and Reservation agent has harnessed my technical skills on the reservation systems.
