Experienced Senior Planning Engineer

Prepare the project baseline and contractual milestones for each phase based on theproject contract, specifications, tender documents and engineering drawings.

Monitor actual job progress, compare to contract baseline and reportprogress against schedule to the project management and client.

Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise projectmanagement.

Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showingactual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery.

Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly progressreports.

Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager & Construction team. Develops and writes the schedule commentary that appears in the progress reports ,identifies and reports activities that have acritical or potential impact on the schedule and prepares and presents the Critical Items Action Report, besides project the Area Of Concern.

Bachelor Degree in Civil Structural Engineering from Ain Shams University
