 Cleaning and housekeeping for Electrical Equipment’s.
 Project coordination, Scheduling, Planning, Budgeting & Cost Control.
 Prepare Tender documents, Contractor budgets and Bill of Quantity as per the Design.
 Track project quantities as per the Tender
 Prepare budget projection as per the actual quantity.
 Finalize project quantity and prepare contractor work order.
 Review of vendor offers/documents& Billing with respect to technical specification, scope
requirement, delivery requirement.
 Certify contractor Bill’s as per the execution team feedbacks.
 Measure actual quantity as per the site work done.
 Continuously monitoring progress in terms of the actual status vs. plan and report back to the
senior management via weekly status reports and meetings.
 Indent materials as per site requirement.
 Prepare the invoice Bill’s and submit to Client and certify.
 Prepare rate analyses and negotiate with Vendors.
 Track contractor bill amount with forecast amount.
 Prepare variation statement and finalize the contractor Bill’s
