I am Jermaine A. Hernandez 41 years of age, 12 years working here in Qatar as Architect/ Architectural Draftsman, plans to be a part of your good office in attaining high standard work abilities in my best knowledge that I could give. A flexible employee who can handle multiple jobs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop architectural drawings. 
• Prepare architecture design based on design requirements. 
• Create architectural drawings based on building specifications, calculations and sketches. 
• Manage and execute design assignments in a timely manner.
• Provide project status updates to management and stakeholders on regular basis. 
• Review new project details and make recommendations if needed. 
• Maintain and manage all architectural drawings in a database. 
• Submit architectural designs to management and clients for review and approval. 
• Modify and update designs based on review comments from management. 
• Coordinate with architect team to develop architectural working drawings and instructions to meet client requirements. 
• Ensure to follow best practices and company standards.
• Prepare and execute general arrangement drawing from basic architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical information. 
• Ensure compliance of all architectural guidelines and standards.
• Develop structural electrical and mechanical designs to incorporate into architectural drawings.
