Position: Assistant Production Manager / Encoder / Cutting Optimization / 
Windows & Doors Surveyor 
Job Description:
● Receiving client contract, design approval copy and job order from sales
● Informing the sales regarding technical problem to design or glass
● Making appointments with customers at their home/building to carry out 
the measurement.
● Making windows and doors job card using Klaes Professional software
● Providing work order to shop floor
● Coordinates with sales regarding day to day site schedule and production 
status report.
● Provides support to the Production Manager and sales
● Support day to day need of all workers regarding site project and 
production.
● Maintaining time card and accurately inputting time and attendance
● Computed total time worked by employees
● File, sort, copy, and compile records as per contract
● Update and maintain database
● Checks office supplies and keeps tracking of inventory
● Preparing monthly status reports for production and site management.
● Performing general office clerk duties and errands as needed.
● Report any problems in various activities and help resolve the issues if 
possible
● Taking customer complaints and immediately resolve
