  • Developing Architectural, Civil and Structural Shop drawings as per the project standards and specifications for consultant review and approval.
  • Developing Drywall Partition shop drawing, Façade stone cladding shop drawing, Curtain wall shop drawings  and details in accordance with project specifications, Technical data sheet and materials approved.
  • Developing and reviewing Architectural layout, Floor finishing pattern layout and details, Wall finishes and fixtures, Toilet details, Furniture layouts and Reflected ceiling layouts and details as per the IFC drawings received from consultant and materials approved.
  • Preparing RFI (Request for information) and Technical submittal for consultant review and approval.
  • Co-ordination with other service like mechanical, electrical, plumbing etc.. as required.
  • Reviewing shop drawings and details received from Subcontractors in coordination with other services and project specifications.
  • Developing all civil block works shop drawings as per project specifications and materials approved by consultant.
  • Developing Structural Reinforcement details and bar bending schedules (Framing plan, Raft foundation, Retaining wall, Corewall, Column, Beam and Slab) in coordination with design drawing.
  • Preparing Redline markup drawings and As built drawings for final approval from consultant.
