• Responsible for Maintenance of Fire Fighting System as per NFPA and QCDD Standards
• Responsible for Maintenance of HVAC and plumbing equipments in office and hospital environment
• Give technical advice to maintenance technicians in troubleshooting and repair of machines 
• Make root cause analysis of re-occurring problems or faults
• Make reports as per QCDD format for our clients business license renewal requirements
• Prepare our clients premises for QCCD Inspection and attend during Inspection day
