Greetings !!
I have experience as CEO/ Director on board/ Country Head/Group CFO / CFO within a multi-company group and have proven leadership across group reporting, controls, cashflow, banking, and governance. Further, I amcomfortable operating at Board / shareholder level since both in my present and earlier assignments have handled these responsibilities to includeleading finance strategy, governance, performance, and capital planning across the wider business.
I am presently in employment at Doha, Qatar as acting CEO and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a MNC, Joint venture of Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Company that has 24 companies under its group. The company is into manufacture and export of various chemicals like Caustic soda lye, Caustic soda prills, Hydrochloric acid, Chlorinated Paraffin Wax, Sodium Hypochlorite, Calcium Chloride, etc and presently exporting to 110+ countries.
Further, wish to state that I have have worked in multiple sectors earlier such as :
1) Automotive (Customers includeTata, Maruti, Mahindra & Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, etc) - TI Metal Sections, Murugappa Group - 8 years.
2) Energy, Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals -Chlor Alkali - Chemical Industry- Casutic Soda Prills, Chlorinated Paraffin Wax, Calcium Chloride, Hydrochloric acid, etc.- Qatar Energy, Aquachemie, Metito, etc in Qatar andShell, Mobil, Chevron, LNG, etc in Nigeria,
3) Media and Entertainment or Technology - Big Five—Customers include Disney Studios, Universal Pictures, Warner Bros. Entertainment, Paramount Pictures, and Sony Pictures with other significant players like Amazon MGM Studios, 20th Century Studios),
4) Fashion wear - Top Europe and US Brands-Zara, Polo, Peek and Cloppenberg, Tommy Hilfiger, Marcopolo, Cortefiel, H&M, GANT, MBX, New Yorker, Onia, Primark, Ralph Lauren, The Jones Group, etc,
Just a brief intro about me..
With dual professional qualifications of CMA and ACS with Bachelors degree in Commerce and with over 25+ years of professional experience in various MNCs at Management and Leadership levels holding the positions of Director, Country Head, CFO, Financial Controller, Head (Finance), etc.
I am aged 53 and possess a sound physique.I started my career with Tube Investments of India Ltd - Murugappa Group in 1992 and had been with them for 8 years andwent on to become their head of finance and accounts for their new project in Haryana. Subsequently had been with other MNCs of repute as well and lastly as Chief Financial Officer of Prasad Corporation Pvt Ltd. which includes LV Prasad Academy and are into ITES/BPO, Entertainment & Media, Manufacturing of high-end scanners, Real Estate, Shopping Malls, Amusement Parks, Restoration, Digitization, etc with subsidiaries in Europe and USA apart from branch officers in UK & Japan..Presently, for the last 2 years as acting CEO and Group CFO of a MNC (Joint Venture between Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Company (QIMC) and KLJ, India at Doha, Qatarinto manufacturing of various chemicals and exporting to 110 countries. I have total professional working experience of 32+ years including 10 years in West Africa and 2 years presently in Middle East apart from 20 years in India.
To upskill myself, have undergone2 training programs in Germany(Certifications attached) with Indo German Manager Training program - Fit for Partnership with Germany & also International Training and Business Development GmBH held for 3 weeks at Germany and included visits and interactions to various MNCs in Germany.
Current Role & Responsibilities as acting CEO and CFO:
Strategic Leadership:
Define and communicate the company's mission, vision, and long-term strategic goals to ensure sustainable growth and profitability across multiple markets.Develop and implement a localization strategy to enhance market presence, aligning with global business objectives. Lead the company's efforts to achieve EBITDA growth, ensuring both financial stability and operational efficiency.
Operations & Supply Chain Management:
Drive initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency across all aspects of the business, including manufacturing processes and supply chain management. Spearhead the qualification and development of local suppliers to enhance localization efforts and reduce import costs. Implement best practices such as Daily Work Management (DWM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Toyota Production System (TPS) to improve operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and investors. Develop and nurture relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and other key partners in the sector. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation between local and global teams, leveraging diverse expertise to drive business growth.
Financial Management & Analysis:
Oversee P&L management, focusing on EBITA, RONA, ROCI, and other critical financial metrics. Conduct thorough scenario analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks. Provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to optimize manufacturing processes and deliver value to customers.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration. Identify and develop high-potential team members, empowering them to become future leaders within the organization. Promote a strong focus on talent development, cultural alignment, and effective communication to execute the company's vision seamlessly.

Strategic Finance & Accounts Professional having global diversified and multicultural 360-degree experiencein strategic financial, commercial, legal and company secretarial affairs with hands-on experience in domestic and global MNC work culture.
Experienced in spearheading in all aspects of businessthat include corporate financing (funding), IT Budget and Vendor Management, New System Implementation & Automation, Dashboard & Reports Enablement, introducing measures to prevent revenue leakages, resolving complex union & trade issues-wage settlement, Transfer pricing assessment, Costing, M&A Due diligence & Data Analysis.

New System implementation: Drove the project aimed at SAP implementation.
Company Secretarial Affairs: Played a key role in formation of both domestic and international Non-disclosure agreements, creation of business agreements, scheduling and conducting AGMs & Board Meeting, filing the returns, etc.
Excellence in setting-up the business and function process,driving organic and inorganic growth,leadingvarious initiatives and projectsimplementations aimed at criticalbusiness process transformation and improvementfor a process driven company with key contributions in substantial cost control and enhancing value proposition with strong controls on compliance by building a risk mitigation strategy.
Possess strong orientations in Operations: Participated in high-level operational initiatives, including infrastructure design, process re-engineering for yield and lead time management through SOP and warehouse organization.

Similarly, on 24thand 25thNov 2025 have attended and contributed to the 2 day – Conference on Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance program conducted by The Institute of Sustainability and Environment professionals, London, United Kingdom.
