With over 18 years of hands-on HR experience, particularly in HR Process Management, Performance, Learning, Training & Talent Management realms, I am known for enhancing performance through technology, implementing best practices, and improving employee process protocols. 

 

Examples of my achievements that would be of particular significance in the role mentioned above, include: 

  • Drove successful launch of be-spoke performance (individual and corporate) management system, learning management strategy and developing stakeholder management interventions to achieve 96% completion of performance reviews, 90% training enrolment rates, 0.8% career path ratio and 89% IDPs in my last three years at Qatar Airways
  • Partnered with Training & Development teams across the Qatar Airways Group and outstations to curate a 70/20/10 Learning Management Strategy – with a tiered and progressive approach to upskill the entire workforce- performance-focused training content was developed locally but deployed across global outstations under the labels of Stratus, Altus and Cirrus – the latter catering to Executive Development entirely
  • Have established and participated in Steering & governance committees at CXO level (both in QR Group and Ooredoo Group) with proactive problem-solving skills and ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment
  • Focus on HRIS and system development has honed analytical skills and ability to optimize and create best user-experience for audiences 
  • Additional exposure to Employee Experience and Engagement tools, initiatives and projects in collaboration with McKinsey and Ooredoo Group subsidiaries has enabled a true “hand-on-pulse” with regard to employee sentiment and the need for change
