Being a BMS Supervisor my responsibilities are to Supervise and manage a team to maintain operations of BMS System and also ANPR, Gate barriers, ACS systems, and ELV Systems. Below are highlighted job responsibilities.

• Maintaining equipment’s log and history sheets for BMS systems.
• Planning PPM schedule and making sure with the team to conduct PPM on time.
• Following all Safety Standards.
• Troubleshooting BMS systems.
• Providing Assistance with related departments for calibration of sensors and field devices.
• Supervision of BMS systems including ELV, CCTV, ANPR, Fire Alarm & PA system.
• Manage and update Pro-watch of Honeywell for Access control system.
• Monitoring, Installation and Rectification of CCTV Cameras.
• Monitoring of ANPR Cameras on TIG Smart.
• Monitoring & Operational Control of HVAC, Electrical, MEP & ELV system through BMS.
• Preparing snag for newly completed projects in different buildings.
• Supervision and maintenance of FAC, AUTOMATIC SYSTEM, CAME, ELKA Gate Barriers.
• Supervision and maintenance of Automatic Doors (Sliding & Swing).

• Conducted and scheduled investigative reports and overhauls of BMS (Honeywell,Siemen & Schneider) communication system in the Qatar university  to ensure proper operation.
• Experienced in BMS troubleshooting and repairing of equipment in BMS system Equipment and Components with utilizing measuring and testing equipment
• Excellent skills to identify the issues identification, blue prints, schematics and maintenance.
• Experienced in the troubleshooting related with the HVAC communication system such as control valves (Chillers and AHU), sensors, level transmitters, temperature transmitters and pressure switches.
• Well experienced in the DDC panel control wiring. 
• Performed the sequence of operation of AHU and Chiller on a daily basis.
• Well knowledge in the PPM activities according to the O & M manual suggests.
• Monitoring and control of HVAC, Electrical, MEP & ELV systems through BMS.
