DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for Installation, Preventive maintenance, 
Inspection, Calibration and Repair of Biomedical equipment.
• Diagnosed all equipment’s problems and resolved with 
appropriate measures
• Responsible for ensuring the safe and proper operation of 
biomedical equipment function by medical staff.
• Inviting bids for the supply of medical equipment from 
reputed companies/firms and selecting them by checking the 
required technical specifications.
• Calibration of equipment on a routine schedule and 
maintaining a history of calibrated equipment and schedule 
for future calibration.
• Asset coding and maintaining the working status of 
equipment.
• Training new staff on how to operate Biomedical equipment.
• Coordination with service personnel of various medical 
equipment companies and maintaining Warranty, AMC, CAM 
Contract details of equipment.
